Refund and Returns Policy

At ReviveBD, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering natural, eco-friendly products that meet your expectations. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Perishable or personal care items (e.g., essential oils, opened diffusers)

  • Customized or made-to-order products


🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@revivebd.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item sent).


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Notify you of the status of your return

  • Process a full or partial refund (as applicable) to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

We reserve the right to reject returns if the item is not in its original condition or returned after the window closes.


📦 Damaged or Wrong Products

Received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged? We’re truly sorry. Please email us at support@revivebd.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, we begin processing and may not be able to cancel your order.
